In her role, Brandy assists clients across many aspects of account servicing, including account opening, money movement, and ongoing account support. She works to ensure each client receives a smooth, supportive, and efficient experience at every step, helping make important financial service processes easier to understand and navigate. Her years of customer service experience as a travel agent allow her to approach each interaction with patience, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others feel confident and cared for.
Outside the office, Brandy enjoys spending time with her three daughters, their spouses, and her grandchildren. She resides in Xenia, Ohio, with her husband, Aaron, and values time spent with family.
