Our mission is to get to know and understand your needs, wants, and long-term goals. We want to help you develop, implement, and monitor a strategy that’s designed to address your individual situation.
We understand the challenges families face today.
From managing debt to saving for college to retirement, these personal finance challenges can be overwhelming. Our commitment is to utilize all of our resources to help you pursue your goals.
We believe in taking a holistic approach and creating a financial plan that is individually tailored for your needs. We understand that each season of life requires a unique approach to manage your financial goals both in the near term and distant future.
Our goal here at Dillhoff Financial is to help you work toward your goals while managing the risks associated with your lifestyle. We do this by implementing these four steps
1. Identify what is important to you
We start by listening to what you want to achieve in both the near and distant future. This helps define how you view success and what increasing your personal quality of life means. Setting specific goals of how you see your future is critical in our development process.
2. Develop a plan to work towards your goals
Once we have identified what our end goal is we begin developing a plan. We do this looking at your current financial and tax situation and the risks associated with them. This enables us to analyze and identify the key factors in developing a plan to pursue the end target. By looking at all the risks involved we are able to create a plan specifically suited for your needs.
3. Implementing the plan
Now that the end goal is identified we work on the implementation of the plan. This is our detailed presentation outlining what we believe to be the best course of actions are to work towards the goal.
After the plan has been implemented we continue to monitor it to ensure that we remain on track. This allows us to make adjustments to remain on right path.
After beginning his career in 1999 by working at Merrill Lynch and Wright-Patt Credit Union, Steve Dillhoff decided to start an independent firm to better serve his clients. In 2006 Steve started Dillhoff Financial Services with the goal of helping individuals and families identify their financial goals and objectives and work with people to put together a plan to work toward those goals.
Since then, Dillhoff Financial has expanded its team to include Brandy Moore as the Front Office manager.
